We are recruiting for two new key roles: Business Controller / Accounting Manager and Strategic Buyer
Bluegreen is experiencing solid growth, and we are now expanding our team with two roles that will play a major part in strengthening control, quality, and further scalability. We are looking for a Business Controller / Accounting Manager and a Strategic Buyer – both working closely with the CFO function and right at the heart of an exciting industrial company in Telemark.
Bluegreen designs and builds advanced thermoplastic constructions for aquaculture, water and wastewater, land-based fish farming and infrastructure. Here, local industry meets global demand – and our projects quite literally push boundaries. In a phase of strong growth, we need people who want to help develop the structures around us, not just follow them.
Both positions report to Group CFO Eirik Gonsholt Hansen, who is clear about the importance of these roles:
“We need people who like to take responsibility. Here, you’re not producing reports for someone else to interpret. You are close to operations, close to the project managers and close to the leadership team. There’s a short distance from the numbers to action – and that makes these roles both important and exciting.”
This is a role for someone who values structure, accuracy and understanding why things happen. You will work broadly across accounting, quality assurance, analysis and project support. It’s a position where you will have significant influence on how the finance function evolves.
“We need someone who can see the bigger picture,” Eirik says.
“Our daily work involves large projects, workshop production, procurement and field operations. A strong controller must be curious about how all of this connects – and how the numbers reflect the real world.”

In this role, you become the link between projects, production and suppliers – and a key contributor to ensuring that we deliver with the right quality, on time and at the right cost. You will work both strategically and operationally, and help build structures that can support the growth ahead.
“Procurement is absolutely critical for us,” Eirik explains.
“We need someone who’s not afraid to challenge, who enjoys good negotiations, and who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. There’s a lot to gain by improving routines, systems and agreements – and here you’ll get ownership of that work.”
