This is how Regine describes her first encounter with Bluegreen. She is now in place as Project Manager and has already thrown herself into preparations for a big international project.
When Regine started looking for new challenges, one thing immediately stood out:
“There was an energy in the company. I could feel it already when I applied – and it’s only grown stronger since I started.”
Now she has joined Bluegreen as a Project Manager.
Regine, 33, worked at Seabrokers Fundamentering from the age of 19 — the last eight years as a Project Manager.
She’s used to pace, progress, and responsibility.
“I like being close to the projects. Being on site, seeing and experiencing what’s happening — while still maintaining control from the office. That combination is important to me.”
The transition to Bluegreen felt natural.
“It’s a cool industry and an exciting company on the rise. It’s especially inspiring that it’s a local company investing heavily — both nationally and internationally. Bluegreen really pushes forward — it’s genuinely exciting to be part of it.”
Already, Regine is preparing for a major international project. Her work includes gathering documentation, reviewing previous project phases, handling customs documentation, and ensuring solid project control.
“There’s a lot of coordination, client dialogue, and progress tracking. Pure project management — exactly the way I like it.”
For Regine, the new role also means professional growth.
She holds a Master’s degree in Social Change, Organization and Leadership, with specialization in contract law, innovation, and cultural management.
“Now I get to apply both my experience and my education. International agreements and contracts are particularly interesting to me. It’s another level — and I enjoy learning new things.”

HR & HSEQ Manager Elg Ragnar Thunes led the recruitment process and had no doubts.
“Regine impressed us from the very first conversation. She brings strong drive and positive energy, while also being robust and structured. With her background, we know she’s experienced challenging conditions before — and she’s comfortable with a bit of ‘rock and roll.’”
He also highlights the weight of her experience.
“Even though she’s relatively young, she has solid experience and confidence in the role. She tackles new challenges head-on and learns quickly. We appreciate that. We’re very happy to have Regine on the team.”
Regine has spent her entire career in male-dominated environments.
“That’s always been the case. But here, there are actually more women than I’m used to — which is great. There’s openness, good conversations, and plenty of humor.”
She describes Bluegreen as a company with momentum.
“There’s a lot happening here. People really want to push forward. I like that.”
