We’re looking for a Project Manager who can be a positive role model, collaborate across the organization, and share our values for quality and growth.
Full responsibility for planning and managing projects from start to finish.
Monitor and ensure that project work meets quality standards and follows the project plan.
Identify critical processes in finance, progress, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
Resource management and task allocation to team members, ensuring necessary resources are available.
Conduct regular project evaluations to ensure progress and efficiency.
Responsible for budgeting, project liquidity, and necessary orders.
HSE responsibility, including development of project-specific HSE plans.
Identify and manage risks.
Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance and resolving any conflicts.
Act as a central communication channel between the team, stakeholders, and management.
The role is based at our headquarters in Asdalstrand, Stathelle. As Project Manager, some travel will be required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as construction, marine/mechanical engineering, or technical disciplines.
Experience in project management in similar roles.
Experience in, and motivation for, leading people.
Good familiarity with project management tools and methodology.
Experience in the aquaculture industry or aquaculture technology is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Norwegian and English.
