The purpose of the Norwegian Transparency Act, which came into effect on July 1, 2022, is for Norwegian companies to strive for good working conditions and compliance with human rights in their supply chains.
As many of you are aware, the Transparency Act came into effect on July 1, 2022. Bluegreen is subject to the Transparency Act and, starting from this year, we will publicly disclose a statement outlining the due diligence assessments we have conducted.
The purpose of this statement is to provide the public with insights into our work regarding due diligence assessments and compliance with the Transparency Act. The statement will address how responsibility is anchored, our guidelines and management systems, key findings from the due diligence assessments, and the actions that have been taken.
